Ingredients
- 500g Large prawns (cleaned)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil or butter
- 1 tsp Chilli powder / Paprika
- Sea salt & wooden skewers
Preparation
1. Whisk together oil, spices, and salt until fragrant.
2. Toss prawns until coated; thread onto skewers leaving gaps for heat circulation.
3. Grill over wood fire until pink with light char marks appearing.
